个人简介
宋培兵,男,中共党员,江苏连云港人,2016年、2021年分别获河海大学学士、浙江大学博士学位,现为水电水利规划设计总院规划部工程师,主要从事水资源调度和水能规划工作。担任山东临朐五井抽蓄项目副设总、江西中小抽蓄选点规划项目副经理;参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中国工程院学部咨询研究项目、中国电建集团科技项目和水电总院自立科技项目多项;发表学术论文24篇(其中SCI检索论文9篇),一作/二作12篇。
